This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 is a silver-over-black coupe that shows 59k miles and has been registered in California since June 2006. It spent about a decade in storage prior to being purchased by the current owner in December 2024, and recommissioning work at that time included replacing the fuel filter, alternator shroud, spark plugs, tires, and brake rotors, pads, and sensors. Power is from a 3.6-liter flat-six that drives all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle, and equipment includes 18? Turbo Twist wheels, a sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, power-adjustable front seats, a Porsche CR-210 stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning. This 993 C4 coupe is now offered on dealer consignment with owner’s manuals, service records, a car cover, an air compressor, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The car is finished in Polar Silver Metallic (L92M) and features a sunroof, headlight washers, fog lights, heated power-adjustable mirrors, black rear bumperettes, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 18? Turbo Twist wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which were fitted in December 2024. The car features an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature multi-link rear suspension. Braking is handled by silver-finished Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. Additional work in December 2024 included replacing the brake rotors, pads, and sensors.
The cabin is trimmed in black leather, and it features power-adjustable front seats. Amenities include cruise control, a Porsche CR-210 stereo, and stainless-steel sill guards. The air conditioning system was recharged in April 2026.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames aluminum-look VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, a 180-mph speedometer, a Quarz analog clock, and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 59k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.
The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six features a VarioRam intake system and was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque. A maintenance log is presented in the gallery, and it notes that work in December 2024 included replacing the fuel filter, alternator shroud, negative battery terminal, spark plugs, engine-cover struts, and engine and cabin filters. The oil was changed in April 2026, and a service record from that time notes oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets and timing chain covers.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle. The clutch was replaced in August 2005 at 51k miles.
